Paketlenmesinden taşınmasına kadar tüm ihracat ve nakliye süreci tarafımızca yönetiliyor.
2. Siparişlerim ne kadar sürede elime ulaşır?
İsteğe özel üretim yaptığımız için teslimat süresi talep edilen ürünün niteliğine göre değişmektedir. Üretim süresi ortalama 15-20 gün sürmektedir. Ürünün gideceği mesafe de teslimat süresinde etkili olmaktadır.

Ürün Bedeli: Satın aldığınız ürünleriniz için firmamıza ödeyeceğiniz ücret.
Vergi: İhraç ettiğimiz ürünlere KDV indiriminden dolayı +KDV talep etmiyoruz. Ürünlerin vergisini bulunduğunuz ülkeye ödüyorsunuz.
Nakliye Bedeli: Nakliye ücreti, ürünlerinizin ebatı, ağırlığı ve gideceği adrese göre belirleniyor.
4. Ürünler taşıma sırasında hasar görürse ne olacak?

Yes, as Kuaförist, wherever you are in the world, we deliver the product you buy to your address with insurance.
The entire export and transportation process, from packaging to transportation, is managed by us.
2. How long does it take to receive my orders?
Since we produce custom-made, delivery time varies according to the nature of the requested product. Production time takes an average of 15-20 days. The distance the product will travel also affects the delivery time.

Shipping Cost: The shipping fee is determined by the size, weight and destination address of your products.
4. What if the products are damaged in transit?
We ship our products to our customers insured. We carefully select the transport companies we work with, and we minimize the risk of damage with a special packaging system. In case of negativities that may occur, we ensure that the problem is immediately resolved with our after-sales support.
